Blue Swimmer supplies you with a secure session within our online shopping facility. You will notice a padlock icon on the
base of your browser when you enter into our 'Checkout' page. This indicates that all information entered in the session
is secure. The Blue Swimmer payment system is approved by the bank and protected by SecurePay.
When you click the 'Order Confirmation' button, we send the transaction directly to the bank using SecurePay, one of Australia's
leading online security service providers. The SecurePay online system automatically encrypts all your details. We have
128/1024 SSL Encryption on all personal and credit card details. We do not store credit card details anywhere on the system.
For deliveries within Australia, we use Australia Post, Couriers Please or Startrack Express. Your parcel should arrive
within 3-7 Working days. As we use courier services, we recommend you supply us with a work address as somebody needs to
be present to sign for the delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it may be returned to us. We deliver
to P.O. Boxes. For this service we use Australia Post.
If there are any issues with the quality of your product when delivered we will be happy to either replace it or refund
your money. Please refer below to our returns policy.
To return a faulty towel, please include the delivery slip you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the
return. Faulty goods must be returned within 3 weeks unused and unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment,
including delivery, or hold a credit against your details for future purchases. Make sure your name, address, phone number

We accept exchanges if you change your mind about your purchase. We are happy to exchange, providing the product is returned
in its original condition within 3 weeks of purchase.
